I've been searching for a long time for nutmeg mill mechanisms.
Here in Europe, we can find some but they are very expensive ...

So, does any of you know where to buy some at "reasonable price" ?

Thanks for your 2 first suggestions but :

1) craftsuplies.co.uk doesn't carry "nutmeg" mechanisms :-(
2) The ones provided by Peter Child are even more expensive than the

What I was expecting were to find us suppliers (combined with the
conversion Dollar-Euro :-)

I'm not aware of a single supplier in the US. I checked Craft
Supplies, Packard Woodworks and Penn State and none carried a nutmeg
grinder

Now, maybe a crush-grind system can be adapted (the write-ups imply
they might)

Thanks for your extensive list of crush grinder mechanisms :-)
(By the way, I discovered he "shaftless" one)

But none of them can be adapted for a nutmeg mill which is completly
different :
It doesn't "crush" but rather "rasp" the nut as you can see :
