Default Jet 1642 Tailstock Tilt Pivot

I got the idea from Robust Lathe and made a tilt away tailstock pivot for my
Jet 1642 lathe. Completely eliminates what Bill Grumbine calls "turner's
elbow". Posted pics over on ABPW.
