Default measuring and copying faceplate work

i need to make four similar discs, the problem is that with a chuck and
screw i cant think of a way to measure depths. i measured and marked
the different radii but they dont really come out similar with only the
length marks in common. if any one could help- its pretty urgent the
project is due on fri.
