Are the clamps to hold the drill together?

It's probably all in for that price. Make sure that you pick the
pack that says "wine" and not "drain cleaner" in the housewares
section or "antifreeze" in the car accessories area. It'll be the
same product, just differently labelled.

No different to the products wine merchants sell for hundreds of GBP per
case :)
