Go down to your local Volvo garage, or Sweden. Ask there.
I didn't think IKEA kitchens were complex things, why do you need a
specialist?

Hopefully someone who knows there isn't a pipe space behind ikea units.

If you know the issues with them you can ask them to see their
knowledge. Without that... no.

Any kitchen fitter should be able to do it. However, be aware that
installation of an Ikea kitchn *should* cost you more than, say, a B&Q
kitchen because of the need to build the units from flatpack and this
will partially offset the savings on the units themselves. The Ikea
philosophy is DIY!

The units we bought from Arena Kitchens came fully built with doors
hung which reduced installation time considerably.

If you have space the 'service gap' issue is easily solved by setting
the units away from the wall with battens and using a deeper worktop
(though again this is likely to increase the total cost). Deeper
worktops are useful anyway.
