How does a Miele s255i vacuum cleaner come apart?
This should probably be obvious but ...
I've removed the two screws at the corners of the motor unit that are usually concealed under the dust bag cover and it doesn't come apart (it just gets a bit floppier). Are there more screws hidden somewhere, or do I just need to be a bit more brutal? TIA David |

TIA David I don't know that particular model, but it's usual to find that the casings have clip lock pin and socket points around the edges. Have a look for holes or slots around the sides to see if you need to push a flat screw driver in. This releases a clip or pushes back a moulded plastic pin. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
