dimmer switch with pull string switch
I have changed my normal bedroom light switch to a dimmer switch and the
extra pull string switch (which worked independently of the old switch) doesn't work the same now. I have to turn the pull string switch on before I can use the dimmer switch. Is there something I have done wrong? I have run out of ideas please help Thanx in advance Andy |

Look up how two way switches are wired on the Internet, I believe you can get a dimmer which incorporates a two way style switch unit. -- -- Regards, Harry (M1BYT) (L) http://www.ukradioamateur.org |

If it is then you have got the wiring the wrong way round somewhere. Have a look on here for a bit of a guide for starters. http://tinyurl.com/yuqh8 -- SJW A.C.S. Ltd. |
