I can't see the picture, but funnily enough down here somebody reckoned they
had seen what they described as a pair of Rusty Parakeets over Tolworth.
Maybe they are just that, yet another interloper from a collection of some
kind.

Some species of Australian galah, parrot, parakeet or South American
macaw, escaped either from a wildlife park or from someone's home. A
galah was reported missing by the Tameside and Glossop branch of the
