All those flag waving footie supporters who voted Brexit now find the
clubs they worship want to be in Europe rather than the UK. -- *Very funny Scotty, now beam down my clothes. Dave Plowman London SW To e-mail, change noise into sound. |

I have to say that this is after all supposed to be a sport, so as their
viewers are waning complaining about the cost of the paying to view them how on earth is this new idea going to make it any better. Surely what is going to happen is that new clubs will appear Probably called daft names, and yet be run by the main clubs. Personally I'dd let them get on with it and see what happens, sounds like a disaster to me. Brian -- This newsgroup posting comes to you directly from... The Sofa of Brian Gaff... It's unusual for the leaders of the two principle political parties to sing the same hymn. Perhaps now we're out of the EU there's more chance of stopping it. It also goes to show how it's business owners who wanted to stay in the EU, not the rank and file supporters. |

IDGAF what the clubs do, but it seems they want to be in European leagues as well as British leagues, and want to engineer it so they can't get kicked out of the former, even if they're ****. |

Boris is very odd as the leader of a true blue Tory party. Seems very in favour of business bosses controlling everything - except when it comes to the EU. Where his personal career take precedence. So I'd guess he also enjoys watching footie - when not shagging anything that moves, of course. -- *One nice thing about egotists: they don't talk about other people.
