You can run over an AMD K5 cpu with a car and it'll be fine bar some bent
pins. A lump hammer's in a whole different league of power and smashed the
thing to bits ;).

You can stop certain parts of the FPU unit from working by minor
overclocking though !

If you put windows on a pc by the time you get it working the
hardware's generally worn out\out of date\buggered etc... I think that
at the end of the day it's a slower process with the same end result!

inside makes the whole thing jump about 3 feet into the air, all the
plastic bits fly off and rip the screws out of the case ... em ..

I wanted to see the chip and couldn't see a simple way to open the thing up.
I also had nothing to do one sunday afternoon :).
