Default [OT] Can mail be contaminated with Covid-19?

My GP says in ideal conditions up to five days. However from the major risk
standpoint, about 2 days. Its worse if its one of those plastic bagged
circulars. I think, however that a wipe over with a suitably dampened anti
sceptic substance while wearing gloves would fix it, Most posties seem to
wear gloves these days in any case but I don't know what their hygiene is
like.

If an infected postie delivers letters then how long would they stay
infected
for?
