It's not all that bad Brian. The map could be improved. Eg it shows
North Yorkshire labelled as 13th when it means Birmingham. But I found that less boggling than nowhere in Yorkshire managing to get into the top 20 for bad food hygiene. Doesn't chime with what people I know in Leeds say about Bradford ![]() On 29/10/2019 20:15, ARW wrote: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/102317...giene-ratings/ Sorry Brian you need to see it to believe it. -- Robin reply-to address is (intended to be) valid |

SW London has moved 120 miles up the M40/M42 What I'm surprised about is establishments that get a one star seem to be able to remain open! I've also seen 5 star establishments change hands and the standards badly deteriorate but they still display the certificate/rating supplied to the previous owner/management -- mailto : news {at} admac {dot} myzen {dot} co {dot} uk |

... https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/102317...giene-ratings/ Sorry Brian you need to see it to believe it. It's a map of the UK with the boundaries shown between various regions. Some of the regions are highlighted in red, with each of those having a number. London is enlarged, again with some regions highlighted in red and labelled with a number. There is a key relating the number to the name of the region. Fine. But... the names of the regions bear no relation to where they are in the country. For example, there is a large region on the map which I presume is North Yorkshire, based on its size and position on the map. But it's labelled "12" and the key says 12 is Birmingham. North Yorkshire (or anything remotely similar) does not even appear in the key. "13" on the map is in about the right place for Birmingham, but the key say it's SW London. |
