Yes, if everywhere you go is a sh!t hole then its you!

I'd guess harry does quite a bit of research to make sure he only ever
visits the '********' parts of anywhere. Or is so poor they are the only

Unlikely given that he has infested every single continent
except Antarctica. If he was that poor he would have stuck
with western europe. Plenty of ********s there and in the UK.
