How does one reset it after a fault code, F28 failure to ignite (due to gas being off)? Power cycling has resulted in it still saying F28 and not firing.

How many times have you reset (ie pressed and held the reset button for
3+ seconds)? IIRC it can take several times to clear back to pressure
and flow if the gas has been off.
