VCI Rust Proof Paper Paper

I ordered some VCI rust prevention paper on ebay but what I git just looks like ordinary brown paper. How can I tell if it is genuine VCI paper. Colour? Transparency ? Odour ?

I dont wnat to use it and find out after a year , when my tools have rusted, that its not pukka

The belt and braces approach add a small tablet of Camphor to the wrapping.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Camphor-Ta...AOSwtGlZCvN 1

or

Each of the 20 packets has 4 off very small tablets.

This approach has the added advantage of preventing cloths months eating
your tools.
