DIYbanter - Freezer went bang, update

Thank you for the replies. Finally plucked up the courage to operate.
It was the capacitor as suggested.

Question now is where might I get a replacement?

It looks a bit like a 13amp plug, slightly smaller with sockets instead
of
pins.
