Telescopic tube fittings - supplier?
 

I need to replace a few fittings on some music stands but can't find any
metric ones ... any suggestions for a supplier?

I need 16-14mm and 14-12mm, similar to these

but with a bearing block, rather than the thumbscrew pressing directly
on the inner tube
