It's Not Easy Being Green
 
The new series seems to have been given a more glossy veneer, (So
as not to frighten off viewers?)

In the "helping a young couple renovate" segment, they were
installing (woolly) loft insulation, from below, the ceilings
having been dropped. Did anyone work out how they managed to get
two layers up there, to give the depth they claimed?

Didn't see, but the woolly insulation I have used was 600mm x 1200mm.
So you could easily poke it between the rafters, and position it
across the rafters. Then the next layer would be friction fit between
the rafters.
