Heatslave 20/25 and digistat RFT2

Wiring in a Heatslave 20/25 and digistat RFT2, looks like I require 4
cores to the reciever

Live and neutral plus demand/call, does anyone know the actual
terminal block to pick up and the numbers I have no wiring diagram.
