Wind loading and snow loading values

Hello,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a website that gives
wind and snow loadings for either the UK as a whole or various parts.
This is for the design of a steel building.

British Standard BS 6399. Maybe you can find it in a library? I suspect you
will only find (expensive) commercial software on the web.

Our county library service offers web access to the BS, as long as you
are a library member.
