Daxima Saturn Tap

Can anyone help? I have a Daxima tap that is about 10 months old and one lever squeaks loudly when used. I have been told it needs a new "insert" but have no idea where to obtain one of these! Can anyone offer any help?

The company is Damixa, not Daxima

Their UK office can be reached on (01536) 409222 and spares are
available from there.
