Default hearth

Final hearth finishing touches.

The skirting, for a solid fuel appliance.
The regs say 150mm from the appliance so I guess that bit of unfinished
skirting could extend all the way to the corner, so long as appliance is
150mm from corner. Another bit of regs says nothing combustible on the
hearth surface. So some ambiguity there.

Anyhow fairly imaterial. Not a major change if any one objects in future and
anyhow there will be logs stacked on the hearth drying when in use!!!
