According to google, Concrete weighs approx 2.3 tons per cubic metre.

Your slab is approx 60x60x5 cubic centimetres...

About 40Kgs each.

struggle, but can be just about done by one (normal!) person.

I had several dozen to shift from the front to the back of the house
and managed one or two before giving up and going off to buy a sack
truck.

they weigh exactly 43Kg each, I lay up to forty a day on my own, don't
expect to get more than 4 on a wheelbarrow, less if you aren't used to
moving them.

One of my better diy purchases around about age 50,
(mumble,mumble years ago), was a sack truck. Used
yet again just last week to swap a new electric
cooker in. Pneumatic tyres were a good buy, because
the pressures can be let down to make it easier when
going up and down steps.
