That's a mad idea, I wonder how well it works?

I suspect you're right, it will chew a very ragged hole - but for jobs
like assembling a heavy timber frame to find a single mortice is
misplaced, it might be just the thing.

I deliberatly didn't use a tinyURL of simliar because some people don't
like them and pasting an eBay number into eBay's search window takes
seconds.

It might take seconds to paste it into ebay,but you have to type in ebays
URL first to do it. :-)

Quite a lot of people won't follow a link unless they have some idea of
where it's going. Particularly at work, where dodgy links can get you
into considerable trouble.
