electric screwdriver with torque and speed control

Anyone recommend an electric screwdriver with variable torque limiter
and (preferably) some form of speed control. It needs to be the straight
handle type, i.e. not a pistol grip only model. Basically it's for
screwing and unscrewing 2 - 4mm ish screws in alloy casings and PCB
mounts. I've seen one high end DeWalt available and one el-cheapo, but
otherwise they seem pretty rare beasts.

Anyone know of anything else out there?
