To zone or not to zone, that is the question!

Having gone sealed with the help of Ed's faq, I now need to have individual
control of all my rooms down stairs. Why? Because my 84 year old mother
lives with us and we need different temps in different rooms at different
times of the day.

One option is underfloor heating, we have suspended wooden floors
downstairs.

Another is this gadget from Caleffi, but I can't translate from the Italian
(even with Babelfish) so I don't know if it can be used on a radiator type
system.
