Default WALLS

Want to make my walls in the conservatory "flat". Brick faces ok to skim
and then plaster, but what about about the painted pebbble dash
surface? Is in good conditon but what treatment (if any) is required b4
starting?

You mean plaster then skim.

Use "dry wall adhesive", for both. Then skim with multi-finish plaster.
