Towel Rail Qestion

Hi

I've just moved into a flat which is electric only and would
like to install a towel rain in the bathroom - I've been toying with
the idea of putting a Screwfix Radiator with one of their 250W heating
elements - are there any pitfalls to doing this - what would I fioll
the radiator with, a mineral oil or just water ?

Any Ideas

Jim

This post contains no hidden meanings, no implications and certainly no
hidden agendas so it should be taken at face value. The wrong words
may be used this is due to my limitations with the English language .

Second question, would you rather have water+fernox or vegetable oil
