Angry Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler

Anyone got one of these condensing boilers? Has it got a short connector between the top of the boiler flue outlet and the elbow of the flue kit?
Mine is missing and having real trouble sourcing the part. Grahams say none of the brochures or information online shows such a part.Even their contact for Bosch has provided a part number that does not exist. The guy who was trying to source tha part has gone away and noone else can find any information so i am stumped.

Why is everything so difficult??

Have you looked at http://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk yourself? You don't
say which of the many Greenstar models you have, but I think the WB site
shows all their accessories and parts on for all models in great detail.

I can only think that this part is the flue/duct securing clamp? These
would normally be sold as part of a flue kit. How come it got lost? The
solution is to simply buy a complete new flue kit. The only way they would
supply this for free is if the flue kit was missing one to start with and
the merchant might take back the incomplete set and give you another one.
This happened to me once.

Which Boiler exactly?

Is the part shown in the "layout of appliance" diagram near the start
of the installation handbook?

Did you have a single sheet detailing seal revisions in the flue kit?

Are you talking about the circular seal about 2 inches in diameter on
top of the main boiler flue outlet?

The professional guy in Grahams (who are main dealers i believe) spent an hour looking through the boiler diagrams online and all the brochures and finally was told by someone from WB the part number of this "adapter" . They asked if the flue entry pipe on the boiler is above or below the top of the frame ( it is below so needs the adapter to bring it above the frame ) the flue kit elbow is then connected to this adapter.
The flue kit contains the elbow and straight pipe to go thru the wall. Nothing else.

The elbow does not connect straight to the boiler because it would not clear the top of the frame.

WB said some boilers have this adapter included "but not necessarily". They gave the guy a number.
He then spent another 15 minutes looking for the number in the brochures to identify the part. It did not exist.
I am not making this up!
I expected a call on Monday confirming they had this part on order but no luck.

The boiler manual shows a flue connector which is about 5 inches long and has a screw clamp in the picture but it was not with the boiler. It does NOT come with the flue kit. I would say it is more like the flue diameter not 2 inches but hard to say.
The model is the 26 which is the smaller one.
