I am aware of the restrictors on Torbeck's, what about Fluidmaster ? one

I know I need to strip it down, but any comments on doing this - before I
attack the valve.

The cistern had a Torbeck until about 3 yrs ago .. when it failed I put in
the Fluidmaster and as was well ... but been getting progressively longer to
fill.
