Diplomat is the name of MFI or Howdens supplied appliances, try them.

After thinking this would be a real easy one to solve, and a good 20min
search of the web (company time - don't worry). I'd agree with Peter
Andrews. Either email them through their 'contact us' tab on the
website, else contact your local branch.
