Meths usually removes marker pen. May remove some polish too (this may
help in removing the pen), try on an inconspicuous area if this might be
a problem.

WD40 or similar can also often do the trick. Someone recently mentioned
bug wipes from Halfords for removing permanent marker ink from car
paintwork too.
