Dan, which component of it is responsible for this speeding up and
down? Mine does not do that, indeed.


I discussed that with you the day I linked the manual. There's an idle
compensator bellows which is activated by engine vacuum to adjust the
idle while welding. IOW, RTFM, Ig.
