Per the email I got from them there isn't one except if you bought a
specific model lathe. Doesn't seem to me that they are doing the blanket
free shipping anymore. Anyone else have other information?

Steve,
March code for $50+ orders is NRFUP35.
I noticed that not everyone gets the same email specials.
I am on their mailing list under two addresses , and each address
got a different "March Specials" email.

Dear Metalworking Professional,

In March, order $50 or more in merchandise from Enco and you'll
qualify for Free UPS Shipping*. Just apply promo code NRFUP35 at check
out when you order online. When ordering by phone at 800-USE-ENCO,
give promo code NRFUP35 to your friendly sales associate as you
complete your order.

I never get the free shipping codes, even though I'm on their e-mailing
list. Perhaps it has something to do with how much money you spend with
them. I doubt I spend more than $200 per year at Enco.

They have no problem accepting the code on my orders, however. I find
them here on RCM, or in the Google archives.
