Pipe Threads
 
Is there any difference between BSP and NPT pipe threads.Are they completely
incompatable or is the difference too small to matter.TIA

Don't try it, especially if there's code and/or liability factors involved.

The smaller sizes can be jammed together, but all throughout the size
range the thread pitch and thread forms are incompatable.

NPT to BSP "adaptors" are available to let you properly sanctify "mixed
marriages" when needed.
