Default EATON Vickers Adjustable Speed Hydraulic Drive on Craigs

Saw this item on the local Craigs List. Thought it was interesting
and a few others might too...

===
EATON Vickers Adjustable Speed Hydraulic Drive

This is a great unit for controlling the speed of any number of
shop tools: lathe, drill press, mill, band saw

Power source: Constant speed input supplied by up to 1 hp
electric motor at 1150 to 1800 rpm. Input power must be
1/4hp more than required output power.

speed is fully adjustable from 100rpm to input rpm (1800) by
hand-wheel control & is completely reversible with respect

0, 25, 50, 75, & 100 in either direction. The unit also
has a control shaft for providing quick speed change by use of
an attached lever or servo controller. Only +,- 20 degrees of
lever motion is needed. Control hand-wheel may be mounted on
other side of unit.

Description: This is a new unit & original container of

& overhaul manual. Input & output shafts are 1/2" diameter & keyed,

Hell..I think I have one similar to that, still bolted to the shipping

it.
