How can we know until the debate has taken place? That is the reason
FOR the debate.

Debate is not a suitable tool for science. The questions science
considers, are NEVER closed. No resolution after a set of
back-and-forth-speeches, lasting a few minutes or hours, carries
any scientific authority whatsoever.

That means no scientist is likely to take an interest in such a debate.

Scientists do get into it - when they are trying to change the route of
mathematics or physics. A room of 100 or so highest level Mathematical
and Physics and one of them floats a new or different idea there is some
fun time, not nasty not angry but pressing both sides to understand why
and why they didn't think of it first.
