Checks !
Spent this afternoon finishing up a gas check maker , from plans I got on
the 'net . I wasn't quite as accurate as I could have been , but it turned out well and the checks are a nice snug fit on the shank of the slugs I cast the other day . Next project is going to be a sizing die for those same slugs , they're a coupla thou oversize as-cast . -- Snag |

Gunner It's the one with the slot and the forming pin in the part that sits on the ram . I still need to pick up a 10-32 flat head screw to hold the forming pin in place , but it works just swell . I'm using some .010 aluminum flashing from an 8" wide roll . Probably got enough for 100,000 on that roll ... and there's a roll out there that's 24" wide I got for covering bee hive outer covers . I doubt I'll ever need any of that one . -- Snag |

For the more common sizes I have a set of on size and over and under chucking reamers. In the drill press I have to feed very very fast to not over size the holes even with them. The cost of a cheaper drill press. LOL. Either of the cheap mill drills do better, but neither has much room with a reamer hanging down. |

For drilling tight holes..one should always use the mill and a short "swiss drill" , or a precision drill press. Fortunately..I have all of the above along with other "stuff"..including reamers from .250-2.5" Btw..anybody want a couple machining centers? I can get em for $2k each..YOU have them moved... https://picasaweb.google.com/1040422...97654969568642 https://picasaweb.google.com/1040422...97703811047058 How about (2) Jaguer XKEs? Both in original condition..neither has been started in 15 yrs. Drill presses, stands, bead blasters, stock, shears, benders, optical comparitors..and on and on and on.... https://picasaweb.google.com/1040422...chinesForSale# Ive been closing down a shop for a week and a half..with at least another week to go. Coming from Mighty Fagboidicklickerbottompunkettecumeater...thats rather funny. Gunner I thought his name was "M*i*g*h*t*y" although I can't figure out the correct pronunciation. Perhaps it is similar to the lady that named her daughter "Le-a". Apparently there is/was a student in Kansas City, Mo. who's legal name is Le-a" and her mother is irate because everyone is getting her name wrong. It's pronounced "Ledasha". When the Mother was asked about the pronunciation of the name, she said, "the dash don't be silent." So perhaps,"the asterisk don't be silent". -- cheers, John B. |

Nope....you werejust like a lampery...grabbed on and sucking hard. They broke the suction and you fell away. I feel ever so much lighter now..not having to tow around a huge suet blob around. And I can now wear normal jeans. So sonny boy..why dont you hunt up a big fat Leftwinger to suck onto? They are well known for being full of **** and you will be able to suck it out over weeks and months until there isnt anything left of them. Suck out all the **** from a Leftwinger..one simply finds a shriveled condom looking thingy leftover.
