The local Harbor Freight had them for 37 cents each, a couple days ago.

Thanks Mike, I've been needing some for my caliper, so I swung by this
morning and picked up a dozen of them. Tag said clearance, so I guess
it's a get 'em while you can deal.

Hell of a deal...unless they are actually LR44s

Anyway to actually tell?

Ive got a couple digital caliphers that require SR44s and drain LR44s
in a month or two.

The package says they are Silver Oxide, and the cell's case is
stamped SR44. HF item 40127

The reason I asked..I bought a card of 12 on Ebay and they were
clearly and plainly stating they were selling SR44s. When they
arrived..the cards were marked LR44s. Im just about out of them.

I had to take the batteries out between uses as if I left them in the
Mititoyou caliphers..they would be dead as **** inside of 3 months
