First of all, this case is from five years ago, and it's seemingly the only one. I don't know about the Scientology connection. I would likely not have purchased V26 had I known about it, but don't see convincing evidence for this anyway. As for usefulness, I used v16 in the late '90s with a Bridgeport machine. It wasn't fancy, but it mostly got the job done, and was like $200. I now have layed out $1K for v26 + BobArt. I've yet to attach a machine and create toolpaths, but on the drawing side I find it acceptable. Yes, if there is a scientology and sexual harassment component, then beware. But, how many of you out there tank with oil from BP or Exxon? Is there a list of CadCam companies which rates them as to workplace fairness? How do you know that SolidPro exec's aren't banging secretaries on promises of promotions?

All the links work fine. They show that BobCADCAM's owners are very heavily involved with Scientology.

Looks like I really hit a nerve with all the Mark Wieber clique of idiot losers who more than likely overpaid for BobCADCAM.

C'mon, Lloyd. You _yourself_ haven't plonked nearly enough of them
and continue dialog with 1 or 2 of the little twits. sigh

Some of them might be irritating, but none of them were as deliberatly
malicious as 'it' was.

I can put up with stupidity. Meanness should be shot in the head, and left
to rot on the street as an example.

It's very difficult to learn anything from Larry Jackass because he doesn't know jack **** about machining and his posts to this newsgroup prove that over and over again.

Larry Jackass spends his time on his knees blowing Mark Wieber and the rest of Wieber's cult of idiots because it's much easier than putting in the work to actually learn machining.

What's left of this newsgroup is mostly a clique of idiots who worship people like Ayn Rand, love the Tea Party and support Michele Bachmann, Darrell Issa, etc. Their hope is to completely exterminate and isolate anyone from this group who identifies with liberal causes, likes a self proclaimed socialist like Bernie Sanders, etc.

What's left of this newsgroup is mostly a clique of idiots who
worship people like Ayn Rand, love the Tea Party and support
Michele Bachmann,

These tea party quotes are among the most breathtaking and TOTALLY
heart-stopping that I've ever seen:

-- "If English was good enough for Jesus when he wrote the Bible it should be good enough for Coke," Michele Bachmann is quoted as saying on Fox News (says, "Top 10 upcoming Michele Bachmann gaffes", The Wacky Deli, 5 October 2011 - misattributed?)

-- "Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann slipped up Monday and nearly referred to herself as "President O'Bachmann'" (says, crooksandliars.com)

-- Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) is bringing the tea party movement under the tent, giving it a more official voice in the House of Representatives. (says, politico)

Darrell Issa, etc.

He may have burned down a warehouse and used car thefts to collect insurance money. Also weapons charges.

Haha, no fear. People in this group are before the computer-age. They're from the stone-age. That's the only thing they worship.
