Chasing down (after uttering a racial motivated reason)--is threatening, and against ALL civil and criminal law. No it isn't. Do you have any cite for that enormously broad claim. It's called harassment, and it's against the law in Florida as well as everywhere else in the US. http://www.flsenate.gov/laws/statutes/2011/784.048 Clearly, even the prejudiced prosecution thought that there was was nowhere enough evidence to meet this low-level criterion in the law: "willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree." Zimmerman was not on trial for harassment, you numbskull. And he was never charged with such. So you're blowing smoke about something that you have no knowledge of. There is no evidence that Zimmerman harrassed a soul. He was not "repeatedly" following Martin. There is nothing to suggest that he "maliciously" followed Martin. Of course it was a "willful" act on his part to follow Martin but there is nothing to support any malicious intentions which makes it a worthless case. If all it took was "willful" then every reporter and paparazzi in the country would be guilty of harrassment. And are you so damned stupid as to not know that if the prosecution could have proven harrassmenbt on Zimmermans part that it would have strengthened their case against him? Well, you are posting from the opposite corner of the country from where the case toiok place and playing armchair quarterback so I guess you are that ****ing stupid. and Imprecise Machininst is a hard hard core far leftwing extremist fringe kooker that has a gay black male as a lover...so his issues are far beyond common sense. He is both mentally ill and biased like a trigger spring "There are no leftists in mainstream American politics. Just two right wing parties, one hard right and one softer." Christopher A. Lee, 8/18/2013 Mark Wieber knows nothing about precision machining and his **** hole shop reflects that. |
