ANY/ALL POS violations, POS on order. Home being sold 'as is''

What is a POS violation?? POS on order?

Huh?

Point of Sale Violations are determined by a county or municipal
inspector. Basically, another tax, the "inspection" is $100-$200

But what do they cover? As you may note..Im checking for housing in
Ohio.

Typically foundation, weight bearing walls, plumbing, heating, basement
leaks, electrical... Whatever the loan company wants. Home inspections
are normal here anytime a house changes hands or gets refinanced.
