Lyle Rapacki, who one of his associates has called "a ****house rat,"
is a notorious liar and anti-occultist who claims to have a PhD (he
doesn't) and who thinks that Catholics are part of the occult. The
state of Alaska discovered that all of his credentials were bogus when
he applied to teach a course to law-enforcement officers.
