Somehow the blame for their failure to become self-reliant must be
redirected onto people with enough money to support them after their
parents stop.


We have a 33 yo son who still depends on us ... and as much as I'd like to
toss him , his wife , and the 3 kids out of my house on their ass , my wife
just can't bring herself to agree with me . We've poured something like
$50k+ down that rathole in the last 11 years , and I can't help but think
how much better MY lifestyle would be had we just said NO from the start .
Woulda made a big difference in our retirement , the house woulda been paid
off - hell , I coulda even bought a newer Harley .
