OT - Nothing funnier or dumber than a conservative saying "I don't have a job because of Obama"
 

An incident yesterday gave me the opportunity to add $65k to my yearly
income working no more than 20 hours a week.. It's tough all over, even for
us conservative libertarians.

It's funny, but only in the sense of irony.

Does California mandate reserve studies by law for every homeowner's
association in the state, a full study every five years, and a refresher
every year?
