Cherry Street Germantown, OH 45327-0189 EOE There are A LOT of industrial jobs in the area right now. The pay's not too bad, considering the outstanding perks they include. They easily double the pay. My new employer(been there a bit over a year), biggest problem is finding experienced machinists. The place pays well, has profit sharing that has been amounting to about an extra weekly paycheck per month. The insurance sucks, but the profit sharing has made up for it. They have 6 OKK VM7s, 2 OKK VM5s, 1 OKK VM900, 1 OKK MCV 1260, 8 other older OKKs, 1 FPT Stinger, 6 FPT 5 axis, 2 Parpas 5 axis, 2 Roeders HS, 6 Kurakis, and 1 Fidia 5 axis. The place is a candy store of tooling. Ever machine has either 1 seat of PowerMill, or 1 seat of Prospector CAM. Every year, they host a HUGE Christmas party where they supply every employee with a hotel room for the night(at a 4 star hotel) Once a week they feed us a catered lunch. So, all in all not a bad place to work :) Very cool. But OHIO? gd&r -- Win first, Fight later. --martial principle of the Samurai |
