Incentive is called "a job", "a paycheck", and "patriotism" should
also count for something. Government work should be altruistic, and it
should always reflect your own (and your family's and your country's)
best interest. Those concepts are self-evident to anyone not in denial
or not caught up in the greed/power syndrome that runs all of D.C.
