A police officer’s dash cam in Canton, OH caught a disturbing exchange
last month between a cop and a driver during a traffic stop. In it, the
cop can be heard (and seen) berating a man for not telling the officer
immediately that he had a concealed carry permit and thus a concealed
weapon, even saying that he should have killed him. But there’s just one
problem: the man tried several times but the officer cut him off.

And what is the aggrieved citizen doing about this? What
law suits have been filed? Has a federal civil rights
complaint been filed? There appear to be several violations
of civil and criminal law, and most likely departmental
policy.

Clearly the police officer is not suited to such a
responsible task and should be separated from the force ASAP
[possibly into the TSA].

Where is the ACLU and/or NRA?

It has national media attention, give it a bit of time to see what
develops.

That cop's anger was directed at the driver, but it was anger at himself
for utterly lousy police work. *He absolutely ignored a serious
potential threat. *And he was so "in charge" of the situation that he
would not allow the driver to give him information he needed. *When a
situation starts out so aggressive and confrontational without any
apparent reason, you have to figure the cop was on the warpath.

He needs to go back to the academy, or find a new job.- Hide quoted text -
