Rethugs to boost unemployment & tank economy yet again

Fox is a real news source. But all programs on Fox are not news. The
same applies to all the other networks. My wife likes to watch NBC
news. Sometimes she also watches Jay Leno. But she does not believe
that Jay Leno is reporting the news.

Even ignoring the commentary programs of Beck, Hannity, et.al., Fox's
"news" programs are rife with false claims, fabrications, lies, spin,
unfounded speculation, rumor and gossip reported as news, glaring
omissions of newsworthy but politically inconvenient news stories, and
close adherence to, and coordination with, the Republican party line.
Multiple studies have shown that the more viewers rely on Fox for the
news, the more misinformed they are.

So you're saying Fox news is indistinguishable from other networks other
than having a different party line?

What a nerd. No he's not saying that at all. He's saying what everyone
with even half a functioning brain knows, Fox is not a legitimate news
organization. First off it's got half of the republicans who are going
to run for president next year on its payroll. Then you have the fact
that Fox is run by republicans, it's employees are republicans, all it's
on air hosts are republicans, and it spends 90% of its air time
promoting republicans and demonizing Democrats.

You may think that's what all the other networks are doing but nobody
else does. Only a kook thinks that Fox is no different from the other
networks. None of them is as out there as Fox is. Not by a long shot.
But you have to be a full on right winger not to know that. So if you
think Fox is just like all the other networks you should know you are
part of the lunatic fringe.

But it's OK that the other networks skew left, but not that Fox skews right?

I'm not a Fox fan, I just don't see the difference.

So I'm a nerd, kook and part of the lunatic fringe because I disagree
with you. What an effective argument!

You do not seem to remember Dan Rather. I think it is you that is
part of the lunatic fringe.
