Iggy, any progress on the government publication website?

I've been checking http://www.liberatedmanuals.com/ periodically, along
with 185 others, and am wondering if you've run into a roadblock you didn't
anticipate?
Or is this just a case of too much work, too little time...?

It took a very long time to download all manuals. I have about 3,500
right now.

I extracted NSN's from them and I will try to download everything for
those NSNs, hoping to get some more.

I am still writing some code and thinking over various SEO issues.

I have full intentions on completing this and offer every manual,
either singly or all as a bit torrent.

If you're DL'ing each file manually this program may help.
http://www.httrack.com/
It is a website copier that will run unattended and snatch an entire
site and put it on your HD. Extracting the relevant files from there
is fast.

One of my most hated programs, as a webmaster ;-)

It does not work well on sites that are dynamic and on sites where I
have to use a search feature to get to something. LOGSA is just such
a site. I have to use a search feature (which is cubmersome) and to
know what to search for.

One more thing that is taking forever, is reconciling some the lists
of manual that I have downloaded, with the list of manuals that are
generally available. It looks like I failed to get 2013 manuals,
however I tried re-downloading some of them and now I seem to be able
to pull them in.

I will try to re-download all the failed ones.
